Assistant Store Manager

As Assistant Store Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in driving sales, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring a top-tier guest experience. You'll assist with inventory management, visual displays, and team development through coaching and training. Stepping in for the Store Manager when needed, you'll help lead daily operations and foster a positive, high-performing team culture.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include partnering with the Store Manager to ensure operational excellence, leading the team, driving sales and rental revenue, and maintaining precise paperwork and reports. You'll also assist with inventory control, visual merchandising, and creating eye-catching displays.

Requirements

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• At least one year of retail experience, ideally snow sports
• Previous rental shop experience is a plus
• Led teams (minimum of two years in a supervisory capacity)
• Enthusiastic about coaching and developing others
• Exceptional communicator in English, both written and spoken
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 25 pounds
