Role OverviewThe Store Assistant General Manager assists the General Manager with operations and marketing functions of the Travel Store/Convenience Store. Responsibilities include staffing, training and development, general supervision of the staff, and improving profitability.

Requirements
- High School Diploma (or GED) required
- Supervisory experience in the following areas preferred: convenience store, truck service, travel center, or related industry
- Exhibit good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Operational understanding of POS software
