Role OverviewThe Assistant Store Manager is responsible for the management and supervision of all areas assigned by the Store Manager. In the absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager leads the entire operation of the Store to ensure Company standards and best practices are consistently met. The role involves learning all phases of Store operations, analyzing Store reports, and communicating variances to Company standards.
What You Will Do
The Assistant Store Manager will assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing non-exempt Associates. They will also ensure compliance with all State, Local, and Federal regulations, manage and monitor actual expenditures to be within budget, and maintain a safe and secure environment.

Requirements
- Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in a retail environment
- Ability to supervise, motivate, and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize those tasks, and exercise independent judgment
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments
