Role OverviewThe Assistant Store Manager will oversee the behavior of all hourly personnel, operate a safe, clean, and friendly place of business, and provide excellent customer service. They will address customer and donor concerns, ensure full completion of staff training and support opportunities, and assist in meeting sales and production goals.
What You Will Do
The Assistant Store Manager will maintain merchandising standards, implement and control store procedures, and accurately complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports. They will also assist in maintaining daily and weekly cash handling and banking procedures, adhere to established store hours, and ensure store safety and security.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Solid mathematical skills
- Some managerial and retail sales experience preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable personal transportation (personal vehicle)
