Role OverviewThe Assistant Store Manager is responsible for the management and supervision of all areas assigned by the Store Manager. In the absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager leads the entire operation of the Store to ensure that Company standards and best practices are consistently met. The role involves learning all phases of Store operations, managing and supervising non-exempt Associates, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.
What You Will Do
The Assistant Store Manager will assist in the analysis of Store reports, communicate variances to Company standards, ensure proper scheduling of Associates, and ensure compliance with all State, Local, and Federal regulations. They will also assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing non-exempt Associates, and maintain a high standard of housekeeping with the help of contracted maintenance personnel and Ross Associates.
