Role OverviewAssist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and achieving critical metrics including safety, sales, parts & service growth, customer experience and overall profitability. Leading sales team to grow trailer & truck bed sales.
What You Will Do
Drive Store Revenue, Customer Service, Control Expenses, Safety & Security, Inventory, and Supervise Sales Team.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience, supervisory experience, and a valid Driver’s License. A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required, with an Associate’s degree preferred. 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a retail or sales environment and 3-5 years of sales experience are also preferred.
