What You Will Do
Lead and coach team members, deliver outstanding customer experiences, open/close the store and manage daily operations, oversee inventory, cash control, and deposits, support the General Manager in maintaining service standards.

Requirements
- 1+ year of retail or hospitality management (automotive a plus)
- Valid Driver’s License & Age 18+
- Fluent in English
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet
