Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for fulfilling Buckle's mission statement by providing legendary service to guests, generating sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store. They work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new teammates, and provide leadership.

Requirements

  • Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude
  • Anticipate and fulfill guest's needs
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions
  • Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales, and total net sales goals
  • Provide legendary service throughout the store
  • Knowledgeable of all exchange and return procedures for guests
  • Investigate and navigate how to expand guest selection through inventory Manager
  • Lead by example with a high level of showmanship, excellent customer service, and attentiveness
