Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for managing and supervising all areas of the store, including customer service, merchandise processing, and loss prevention. They must have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make decisions.

Requirements

  • Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in a retail environment
  • Ability to supervise, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize those tasks, give direction and follow through to completion
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
