Job Description
An Operations Manager or Merchandising Manager will oversee store operations and merchandising, delivering excellent customer service, and teaching associates to execute operational and merchandising processes. The role is responsible for ensuring sound operational processes, driving accuracy, maintaining product levels, and leading customer service departments.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Experience supervising teams or associates
  • Great verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Strong people management skills and ability to develop talent
  • Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to perform the accountabilities listed in the “What You’ll Do” Section
  • Ability to satisfactorily complete company training programs
  • Ability to comply with dress code requirements
  • Basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting, and basic computer operation
  • Ability to operate and communicate on multiple frequency devices, handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
  • Ability to maintain prompt and regular attendance and meet scheduling requirements as set by the company
