The Assistant Store Manager is the heart and soul of the Lids brand, responsible for fostering passion for sporting and fashion goods, meeting customer needs, and ensuring store performance. They are accountable for key results, creating a fun and inclusive environment, and delivering exceptional customer service.

What You Will Do

The Assistant Store Manager will act as Manager on duty, manage store associates, administer discipline, engage team members, and contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment. They will also lead and execute Lids' selling strategy, resolve customer feedback, and adhere to current visual guidelines.
