Role OverviewThe Assistant Store Manager is the heart and soul of the Lids brand, responsible for fostering the passion for sporting and fashion goods by meeting the needs of customers while ensuring all areas of the store are engaged.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include managing store associates, administering discipline, scheduling and staffing the store, participating in LIDS Training Programs, and assisting in recruiting and training store personnel.
