Job Description
The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for their Seaside Thrift Store in Santa Rosa, CA. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of retail management experience and be able to operate a cash register, schedule and supervise store employees, and communicate effectively with management, employees, and customers.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years previous Retail Management/Supervisory experience
Valid Driver's license and proof of insurance
Ability to pass background check
Ability to communicate effectively with management, store employees, customers and donors
