Role OverviewAs an Assistant Store Manager, you'll help lead the daily operations of a Goodwill retail store and donation center. You'll support the Store Manager in creating a positive, productive environment for both customers and employees.
What You Will Do
Your key responsibilities include leading store activities to ensure strong sales and production performance, supporting recruitment and training staff, reviewing and verifying daily sales reports, and providing excellent customer and donor service.

Requirements
