Role OverviewThe Assistant Superintendent assists the Superintendent with the management of the community job site as it relates to home construction, providing excellent customer service. This includes scheduling and supervising job site subcontractors, maintaining quality standards, cost management, homeowner walk-throughs, inspections, community maintenance and upkeep, and enforcing safety standards.
What You Will Do
Inspect homes daily, schedule and walk inspections with inspectors, conduct homeowner orientation and walks, enforce site safety program, manage construction materials, support the construction schedule, and provide superior customer service.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Six months to 2 years of related experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to read plans and other construction documents
- Ability to converse with customers, all levels of management and personnel
- Ability to utilize DRH Construction applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
