Job Description
RUSSCO, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join the team, supporting job site operations, coordinating crews, and ensuring materials and equipment are where they need to be. This role combines skilled carpentry with professional driving responsibilities to support construction and delivery operations across various sites in the United States.

Requirements

  • Assist with job site coordination, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
  • Operate company vehicles (box truck) to transport materials, equipment, and team members safely and efficiently to various job sites.
  • Perform hands-on work including hanging doors, installing trim, basic framing, and general carpentry.
  • Maintain and manage inventory of tools and materials, ensuring crews have what they need when they need it.
  • Work closely with the Superintendent and other team members to manage subcontractors and site logistics.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other tradespeople to coordinate work schedules and project requirements.
