Role OverviewThe Assistant Superintendent assists the Superintendent with the management of the community job site as it relates to home construction, providing excellent customer service. This includes scheduling and supervising job site subcontractors, maintaining quality standards, cost management, homeowner walk-throughs, inspections, community maintenance and upkeep, and enforcing safety standards.
What You Will Do
Inspect homes daily, schedule and walk inspections with inspectors, walk completed homes before homeowner walk-through and closing sign-off, conduct homeowner orientation and walks, enforce site safety program, manage construction materials, support construction schedule, provide customer service, develop positive relations with subcontractors and homeowners.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Six months to 2 years of related experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
