Job Description
D.R. Horton, Inc. is looking for an Assistant Superintendent to assist the Superintendent with home construction management, customer service, and quality standards. The right candidate will schedule and supervise subcontractors, maintain quality standards, and enforce safety standards.

Requirements

  • Inspect each home daily for quality of workmanship and adherence to plans and specifications
  • Schedule and walk inspections with inspectors
  • Conduct homeowner orientation and walks to ensure satisfaction
  • Manage construction materials to prevent damage and waste
  • Enforce site safety program and ensure subcontractor compliance
  • Maintain positive relations with subcontractors and homeowners
