Requirements

  • Inspect homes daily to ensure quality of workmanship
  • Schedule and walk inspections with inspectors
  • Conduct homeowner orientation and walks
  • Enforce site safety program and subcontractor compliance
  • Assist Superintendent in managing construction materials
  • Support construction schedule and ensure quality product delivery
