Role Overview

Assist the Superintendent with managing the community job site, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring quality standards. The role involves scheduling and supervising subcontractors, maintaining quality, cost management, homeowner walk-throughs, inspections, community maintenance, and enforcing safety standards.

What You Will Do

Inspect homes daily, schedule and walk inspections with inspectors, conduct homeowner orientation, manage subcontractors, enforce safety standards, and ensure quality and cleanliness standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Six months to 2 years of related experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to read plans and other construction documents
  • Ability to utilize DRH Construction applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop
  • Proficiency with MS Office and email
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
