Role OverviewAssist the Superintendent with managing a community job site, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring quality standards, cost management, and safety standards.
What You Will Do
Inspect homes daily, schedule and walk inspections, conduct homeowner orientation, manage subcontractors, enforce safety standards, and provide customer service.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Six months to 2 years of related experience
- Valid driver's license
