Job Description
The Assistant Superintendent plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the field office and the project.

Requirements

  • Assist the Superintendent in managing the daily operations of the onsite construction department
  • Ensure all construction activities meet the organization's high standards
  • Oversee and coordinates and directs all trades on the project
  • Maintains and distributes up-to-date drawings and specifications
  • Monitor inventory and order necessary supplies and equipment
  • Assist in the development and implementation of all quality assurance and safety for the project
  • Conduct regular inspections of work in progress to ensure that all workmanship conforms to specifications and the adherence to construction schedule
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
