Job Description
D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to assist with the management of a community job site, ensuring quality, cost management, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will assist the Superintendent with scheduling, subcontractor management, inspections, and safety standards, while providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Six months to 2 years of related experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to read plans and other construction documents
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
