Job Description
YAI is seeking an Assistant Supervisor to support our Flatbush 1 IRA in Brooklyn. The Assistant Supervisor will provide program oversight, quality assurance, and direct care services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Prior Direct Support Professional experience
  • Background in supporting people with intellectual & developmental disabilities and/or mental health
  • Leadership experience preferred
