Job Description
The Assistant Supervisor Residential is a hands-on, first level lead role that acts mainly as a senior level direct care staff member. The individual in this position is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and peaceful environment that provides opportunity for the successful development of life and social skills for clients and families receiving services.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a residential care setting
  • CPR certification
  • Unrestricted, valid NYS driver's license
  • Knowledge of Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) and behavior management
