Role OverviewThe Assistant Swim Coach supports the Head Coach in developing a competitive, positive, and student-centered swim program. This position is responsible for assisting with daily practices, meet preparation, athlete development, and fostering sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth among student-athletes.

Assist with daily swim practices, promote a culture of sportsmanship and leadership, supervise student-athletes, assist with meet preparation, and support team logistics.

Requirements
- Previous competitive swimming and/or coaching experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
