Role OverviewThe Assistant Teacher is responsible for coordinating daily activities in an early learning program and providing a safe and nurturing environment for early childhood-aged children. They will assist the Lead Teacher in providing supervision, guidance, and other forms of general care.
What You Will Do
Follow and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans, engage students, monitor safety, serve as a role model, develop positive relationships, maintain participant records, and ensure safety and cleanliness of learning spaces.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must meet all Child Care Licensing requirements
- Must be able and willing to obtain CPR, First Aid, AED, Abusive Head Trauma, Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (if applicable), and Wisconsin Child Care Registry certification
- Prior experience in a licensed early learning program is preferred
