Role OverviewThe Assistant Teacher - Floater will provide additional support as needed, including classroom substitute coverage, behavioral support, and escorting children out of the classroom to maintain ratio. They will implement hands-on multi-sensory and project-based lessons and activities to children, which are provided in the context of academically stimulating lessons based on the thematic curriculum.
What You Will Do
The Assistant Teacher - Floater will assist lead teachers with preparation of activities and materials for the daily schedule, participate in curriculum and other professional development trainings as required, and work with the lead teacher to plan lessons for field trips related to thematic curriculum and provide supervision to students during field trips.

Requirements
- High School Diploma required. Some college preferred.
