Role OverviewThe Assistant Technical Designer is responsible for creating and managing technical specifications for licensed and generic costume and accessory products. They will work collaboratively with the Product Development team to address technical and production issues, communicate with factories, and develop grade rules to ensure consistent sizing across products.
What You Will Do
Create technical specification packages, partner with Product Development, respond to factory questions, conduct fittings, communicate technical details, develop grade rules, and review factory pattern corrections.
