What You Will Do
Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and scheduling for executive leadership, coordinate meeting logistics, prepare agendas and materials, and support special projects and initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 4 years of executive assistant and/or advanced administrative support experience
- Experience supporting educational programming or related initiatives
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong professional presence
- Ability to interact effectively with patients, physicians, government officials, civic leaders, and executive leadership
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, and Visio
- Ability to maintain complex files, databases, reports, and confidential records
