Role Overview

The Assistant to the Executive Vice President of Academic Affairs and Provost provides high-level administrative and operational support within the division. This position plays a key role in coordinating day-to-day activities, managing office operations, and assisting with grant development and budget oversight.

What You Will Do

The Assistant will serve as the primary administrative support and contact for Academic Affairs, manage the Provost's calendar, coordinate internal/external communications, and provide administrative support to grant proposals.
