Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Treasurer to help scale the treasury function of a leading independent broker-dealer. The Assistant Treasurer will oversee critical cash sweep programs, lead Treasury Operations, and partner closely with senior leadership on financing, capital structure, and growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of progressive treasury experience
  • Proven experience leading cash, liquidity, payments, and banking relationships
  • Strong understanding of debt structures, covenant compliance, and interest rate risk management
