Requirements

  • Hunt & Drive expansion opportunities within existing Genpact accounts, identifying white space for cross-sell and up-sell
  • Hunt for new logos across USA Tier 1 & Tier 2 banks, capital markets, and wealth management firms
  • Own the entire sales lifecycle—from prospecting and solution qualification to commercial negotiation and closure
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders (CIO, CTO, COO, CDO, Heads of Ops, Innovation, Risk, and Data)
  • Sell Genpact's integrated offerings in Agentic AI space
  • Develop deal strategies, collaborate with solution teams, and drive executive alignment
  • Partner with account teams to shape and pursue change order opportunities, co-innovation pilots, and digital interventions
  • Use CRM tools and reporting dashboards to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and meet quarterly targets
