Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled HR Systems Analyst to provide full life cycle system support for the UKG Pro platform and other third-party systems. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth HR operations by supporting system upgrades, designing enhancements, and developing reports to support HR processes.
What You Will Do
Provide hands-on full life cycle system support for the UKG Pro platform, collaborate with external support partners, design and implement configuration changes, reports, and processes to support HR functions, and serve as the primary point of contact for system-related inquiries and issues.

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of HR functional processes and practices
- 3-5 years of experience in system maintenance of UKG, Cognos Business Analytics platforms, or other reporting tools
- Experience with Payscale, SailPoint, and ServiceNow is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel for data reconciliation, validation, and analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of professionalism and respect for confidential information
- Attention to detail ensuring accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and adapt to shifting priorities while meeting deadlines
