Role OverviewThe Assistant Vice President (AVP) Inpatient and Primary Care will lead the operational management of all physician practices, including new program development, healthcare delivery innovations, and performance improvement initiatives. This leader will directly manage Directors of Operations and ensure the team delivers on UVA Health's strategic goals and priorities.
What You Will Do
The AVP will improve access, reduce operational costs, enhance revenue performance, and meet quality and performance targets. They will leverage data and analytics to support decision-making and operational excellence.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree - Business/Healthcare Administration or related field; Master's Degree preferred
- Five years of demonstrated leadership experience in relevant area of responsibility
- Experience in a for profit healthcare environment or an ambulatory surgical setting strongly preferred
