Role OverviewThe Assistant Virtual Construction Manager is responsible for BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcement. This role manages VDC Planner and Modeler to ensure completeness and quality of work. This individual will work closely with the Sr. Director of Engineering Services and take direction on corporate program and company strategy.
What You Will Do
Lead and support the use of digital technology on Shawmut construction projects, develop detailed BIM coordination schedules, work with architects and engineers to share BIM models, and assist subcontractors in implementing BIM.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in construction or design industry, with experience in virtual design, construction, and BIM. They will have a working knowledge of BIM systems, Autodesk Revit, Bentley, and Vico Construction.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in construction or design industry, with experience in virtual design, construction, and BIM
- Bachelor's Degree in architecture, engineering or construction related field required
- Working knowledge of BIM system, Autodesk Revit (Architecture and MEP), Bentley, and Vico Construction
