Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior department or retail assistant management experience, preferably in vitamins or body care
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Outlook; confident with basic math
  • Enthusiastic leadership and effective coaching abilities
  • Calm under pressure during busy shifts
  • Comfortable with vendor relations and minor service coordination
  • Ability to frequently lift and stock boxes (mostly under 3 lbs., up to 6 ft high), often over 100 actions/day
  • Use carts, dollies, box cutters; push/pull shelving units or cases
