Job Description
At Mother’s Market, we’re committed to natural wellness and superior service. The Assistant VitaCare Manager plays a critical role in supporting customers on their journeys and foster a positive, growth-oriented environment where leadership, product knowledge, and customer connection matter.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Prior department or retail assistant management experience, preferably in vitamins or body care
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Outlook; confident with basic math
Enthusiastic leadership and effective coaching abilities
Calm under pressure during busy shifts
Comfortable with vendor relations and minor service coordination
Ability to frequently lift and stock boxes (mostly under 3 lbs., up to 6 ft high), often over 100 actions/day
Use carts, dollies, box cutters; push/pull shelving units or cases
