Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant VMI Buyer to support the procurement team with entry of purchase orders into SAP and maintaining costs for all divisions. The position is located at our Mason, Ohio plant.

Requirements

  • Input all purchase orders into plant MRP system accurately and on time
  • Manage costing in OLP to ensure proper billing to stores
  • Run and review key reports, communicate risks related items to customer
  • Monitor & track customer store pulls to ensure 100% fill rate
  • Will be trained to be a backup and cover buyer responsibilities when off or on vacation
  • Responsible for keeping KLN List updated and resolving issues in MRP
