Job Description
Temple University's Athletics Department is searching for an Assistant Women's Volleyball Coach. The Assistant Coach helps develop a competitive Division I Women's Volleyball program, teaching student-athletes the game of women's volleyball and recruiting qualified student-athletes to Temple University.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least two years of previous Volleyball experience as a collegiate coach and/or collegiate student-athlete
  • Experience administering Division I NCAA rules
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Software including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to assist with budgeting, scheduling, meal planning, coaching, recruiting, scouting, and purchasing and caring for equipment
  • Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving, strong leadership, and team-building skills
  • Ability to work a highly variable schedule including nights and weekends
  • Possess a valid US driver's license (or the ability to obtain one if hired) and good driving record
