Role OverviewJoin the City of Fishers as our full-time Assistant Youth and Family Manager and work collaboratively with the Youth and Family Manager to support program development, daily operations, staff supervision, and customer service excellence at the new Fishers Community Center on-site childcare center.
What You Will Do
Assist in the development, execution, coordination, and evaluation of comprehensive youth and family programming, support record-keeping and reporting, and maintain safe and clean equipment/facilities.

Requirements
- Two (2) or more years of experience developing and executing comprehensive youth and family programming
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Effectively manage competing priorities and make independent decisions within established guidelines
- Experience providing a high level of customer service to diverse internal and external customers
- Must possess and maintain a valid Indiana driver’s license with a driving record that allows the ability to be insured to drive a city vehicle
- Must have an Adult CPR/AED, First Aid certifications or ability to obtain within the first 60 days
- Must be able to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
