Requirements

  • Plan, organize, develop, and lead the assisted living neighborhood.
  • Champion the all-embracing quality delivery of the resident-centered model.
  • Recruit, hire, and train team members.
  • Complete resident lifestyle stories.
  • Ensure that care managers are actively involved and engaged with activities.
  • Manage departmental budgets.
  • Conduct performance appraisals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
