Job Description
The Shift Coordinator provides leadership, support and supervision to Assisted Living Resident Assistant and CNA staff, coordinating medical and emergency support for residents and promoting wellness and independence.

Requirements

  • Associates degree in a health care field (or equivalent) or CNA certification
  • Minimum of 2 years supervisory/management experience
  • Experience working with patients with dementia (or willingness to pursue training)
  • CPR certified
  • CBRF certification, Fire Safety certification and First Aid and Choking certification
