Job Description
Directs and coordinates activities pertaining to the billing division, responsible for patient services, insurance verification, payment posting, claims processing and other duties.

Requirements

  • MBA or MHA preferred or BA in related field combined with minimum five years of managed Care experience
  • Minimum three years management experience and at least two years administrative experience
  • Knowledge of back and front office operations
  • Knowledge and understanding of FPI contracts
  • Knowledge of inpatient, critical care, emergency and/or outpatient procedures
  • Current knowledge of GE/IDX, EPIC or similar computerized billing system
  • Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding
  • Strong customer service skills
  • PC proficiency
