Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent with some formal computer training preferred
  • 1-2 years of work related experience in a parts, field service or shop repair environment
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Strong decision-making and problem solving skills
  • Ability to operate industry specific database, PC and main frame programs
