Job Description

The Securitization Finance Associate/Vice President role is to market, structure and execute securitized transactions for RBC’s clients.

Requirements

Prepare marketing materials for existing and target clients
Assist with client sponsorship review
Provide data analysis, including statistical stratification of collateral portfolios
Prepare credit write-ups for required credit, business, and Rating Agency approvals
Prepare annual renewals of existing ABCP and on balance sheet transactions
Liaise with Rating Agencies to obtain approval for securitization transactions
Participate in client due diligence sessions and prepare diligence write-ups
Prepare necessary materials for transaction amendments
Help clients and Middle Office develop settlement reports
Prepare Seller Reports and require KME templates
Proactively identify operational risks / control deficiencies in the business
Review and comply with Firm Policies applicable to your business activities
Escalate operational risk loss events, control deficiencies and risks
