Associate Account Manager, Commercial Lines

The Associate Account Manager, Commercial Lines will maintain a current book of business, providing timely and professional communication to clients, team members, and carrier representatives. The role requires maintaining knowledge of insurance products, making decisions independently, and working in a high-communication environment.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include maintaining electronic files, processing policy changes, preparing loss history, and coordinating with 3rd party vendors. The role also involves reviewing company audits, answering client calls, and performing other duties as required.
