Role OverviewWe are recruiting for an Associate Actuarial Consultant for our Pharmacy Benefits Consulting Practice. This position affords an immediate opportunity to apply your financial acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills and your expertise with pharmacy benefits to contribute to the development of solutions to challenging client issues.
What You Will Do
Provide technical review and analysis of PBM data, contracts, RFPs, financial arrangements and PBM program effectiveness. Analyze and manage multiple projects simultaneously to develop, enhance and maintain pharmacy benefits-related financial tools.

Requirements
- 4+ years of medical or pharmacy benefits financial administration and/or audit experience
- Undergraduate degree in business, actuarial science, or related discipline
- Previous Medical or Pharmacy Claims Auditing, Benefits Contracting, and/or Claims Processing experience
- Strong demonstrated knowledge and familiarity with SQL
- Experience with Python a plus
- Demonstrated project management and client servicing/relationship management skills
- Demonstrated experience setting and leading efforts to achieve revenue and/or profitability- oriented objectives with desired results
- Effective interpersonal and relationship building skills with ability to build rapport with diverse audiences
- Passionate attention to detail and quality
