Job Description
Responsible for directing the management of clinical operations and assigned administrative functions of all PA services, working with the Chairman, Chief Administrator Officer and Medical faculty.

Requirements

  • Directs, supervises, and coordinates the activities of the Department's ambulatory clinic operation and Professional fee billing offices.
  • Works with Division Heads, Faculty physicians, FPI leadership, Hospital leadership and other departments in expanding the clinical operations.
  • Assists in the selection, employment, development and management of employees.
  • Coordinates with other departments in monitoring medical activities to ensure the delivery of cost-effective and high-quality health care for patients.
  • Interacts with medical and administrative staff to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
