Role OverviewThe Associate Analyst supports the Economic and Financial Analysis (E&FA) department by maintaining databases and analytical resources for staff and pilot members. Specific responsibilities include supporting analysts on collective bargaining and research projects, designing and analyzing pilot surveys, maintaining pay and contract comparison tools, and contributing to monthly industry articles.
What You Will Do
Provide ad hoc statistical, economic, and financial analysis in support of negotiations, design and analyze pilot surveys, support research and strategic projects, and assist in preparing for arbitrations and other legal proceedings.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related field from an accredited college or university
- Three (3) years of professional experience in economic, financial, or quantitative analysis
- Experience managing and analyzing structured datasets
- Strong written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
