Role Overview

We're seeking an Associate Analyst (Project/Cost Controls Engineer) to support a major public-sector capital improvement program in California. This position will provide project controls, cost management, scheduling, and reporting support across a regional portfolio of complex capital projects.

What You Will Do

Maintain and analyze project cost, schedule, and performance data across an assigned portfolio of capital projects. Prepare, update, and distribute monthly project status reports, executive summaries, dashboards, and other portfolio-level reporting.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, Business, Architecture, or a related field
  • six (6) years of relevant experience in construction project controls, capital program analysis, cost management, scheduling, or a related field
  • experience supporting large, complex capital improvement or facilities programs
  • experience working on public-sector, government, judicial, civic, higher education, or institutional capital projects
  • advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • experience developing and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling software
